Vacuous Cleaning

Now that I'm officially getting old, I look back on my life and wish I couldn't.

You never know where you're going until you get there. You never understand your unending lack of judgment until you try to back out again.

And I've been thinking lately that the most surefire way to become happy is to quit breathing.

Getting an education is fun. Having one leaves you all alone with your thoughts.

Captain A, Eh?

Captain Anonymous — so professional that even his cat does not recognize him, not even up close, by smell.

Captain Anonymous disappeared for an entire week and no one noticed. Now he's smiling and having a beer.

Captain Anonymous does not want to sound conceited, but he holds, so he says, the world record for the most people who have no idea who the hell he is, but nobody knows that either.

Captain Anonymous is a quick change artist. In six seconds he can change his appearance from just an average guy standing around in nondescript gray coveralls to his super hero uniform: an average guy bumping into things at random while dressed in nondescript gray coveralls.

Captain Anonymous is not widely known, hence his brand. Just look for the plain sort-of-off-white box on the shelf next to the other things you never notice. You'll do just fine.

Captain Anonymous is vaguely known even to Captain Automatic, who is likely to go off at any hour for no apparent reason, especially if wound too tight, and is negligible in every other respect as well.

Positively Negative Space

Recently received a secret message from Outer Space. Says only "You are a dick — A Friend". I suspect my love, Echinoia Eeeps, but who can say?

Post holes — positive value from negative space.

It's a long walk from here to there with all that space in between. I think that's how it works.

Space is a hole mostly. I just learned that. And no way out.

Entering the room I feel I've been here before. In fact I have. I live here. Handy.

If you were to up and dig a hole the question would naturally be "Why?".
